Tracey Batty-Jones, Founder & CEO
Tracey is an accomplished Australian native with decades of experience in recruitment, search, and consulting across Australia, Asia, and the Middle East. Her career is distinguished by her dedication to forging meaningful connections and establishing long-term relationships.
Based in Abu Dhabi, Tracey has cultivated strong relationships with industry leaders, departments, and agencies. As an industry expert, she is highly connected within the legal, compliance, and risk community. Her approachable nature enables her to deeply understand client needs and effectively support business goals.
In her previous role as Director at Axiom Law, Tracey played a pivotal role in supporting post-acquisition activities in Australia and significantly expanding client engagement across APAC. She built and nurtured relationships with Axiom's most important F100/500 clients, always prioritising open communication and trust. Her ability to manage an impressive multi-million USD portfolio year after year is a testament to her unwavering commitment to client success.

Meeting Our Innovation - T2 Coming Soon
Have you ever said to yourself, "If only I had more hours in the day"? Tracey certainly has.
Recognising the value of continuous improvement and innovation, Tracey set out to streamline her workload. To free herself from repetitive tasks and FAQs, she introduced an AI assistant known as T2. Currently in beta, T2 is poised to become the newest member of the Pure team.
Coming Soon: An innovative approach to recruitment where Tracey's tech stack refines our processes. Initially, T2 will manage FAQs, take notes, assist with interview preparation, conduct insight sessions, and handle various administrative tasks. This ensures that our service levels remain top-notch and allows our team to focus on delivering personalised and impactful client experiences.
